The North Peace Cultural Centre has been the hub of arts and community in Fort St. John since it opened its doors in June of 1992. Host to a Theatre, Café, Library and Art Gallery, The Cultural Centre offers a broad range of services to the community and is an important meeting place for a variety of community events, seminars and conferences. We are a non-profit organization that relies on the donations from the community to thrive and are governed by the North Peace Cultural Society.
The staff of the Centre are professional, courteous and friendly and will try to accommodate all your performance or event needs. If you are touring and booking your routes, Fort St. John should be on the list. This is the stop for touring in the northeast of British Columbia, only seven hours north of Edmonton with major stops available in Grande Prairie and Dawson Creek. Then it’s over the mountains and a five-hour trip to Prince George.
