Thank you for buying tickets to see Dean Brody tonight at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre.
Here are just a few things to remember.
Doors open to the public at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.
Make sure to arrive early, this is a sold-out show with 450 people attending. Doors will only open at 7 p.m., but expect delays as staff and volunteers need to check ID before you can enter the venue. Please have proper ID ready with your tickets.
General admission seating is first come first served. For those with VIP tickets, you will have a section of seats that are saved in front of the stage.
VIP Ticket Holders
If you purchased tickets for the VIP Meet and Greet tickets, you should have received an email Thursday night with details on how you will meet Dean. If you didn’t get that, call Moose FM at 250-787-7100 for the details.
If you purchased VIP tickets that didn’t include meeting Dean Brody, you can join us when doors open at 7 p.m. You will be seated in front of the stage. All VIP guests will have access to a Nacho Bar and bar near the VIP section.
Picking-up tickets in advance
If you purchased tickets and asked to pick them up at the door (Willcall Tickets), you can just show up at the door with photo ID. The ticket desk will be located at the entrance to the main ballroom at the hotel. They are not at the front desk. The front desk staff can point you in the right direction. You can also visit Systems Sound Source and ask them to print your tickets.
